Sometimes, when the high gloss acp sheet cover design contains wood pulp, this presents a different problem. Wood pulp used in composite decking design are usually remnants from the paper industry. Thus, the wood present in your composite deck will begin to form under the proper conditions, and unlike conventional wood decks. 

 

The mold is not easily removed with the acidic cleaners mentioned above. So much for all the high gloss acp sheet demands of low maintenance by the companies, right? Okay, so if wood is really not a good option, then maybe vinyl composites are good.

Virgin Vinyl is an example of a company that deals with Composite Decking Designs. So far, vinyl composites are still good, though, ultraviolet rays from the sun would cause some damage to them as they break the main component in high gloss acp sheet.
